The impeccably finished angus steer is delivered to our USDA Certified Custom Meat Butcher. The aging process takes place for 14-21 days. It is transformed into succulent cuts of meat. Each steak and roast is individually vacuum sealed and flash frozen to lock in the taste, texture and quality that we and our customers demand.
